Is the leash comfortable to hold?

Yes. The PVC-coated exterior features a smooth finish that feels comfortable in hand.

However, like any leash material, friction can occur if the leash is allowed to slide rapidly through your hands during sudden pulling or lunging. We recommend maintaining a secure grip and avoiding letting the leash run freely through your hands.

How do I clean the collar / leash?

Simply wipe with damp cloth, wet tissue or rinse with water. Let it air dry naturally.

Can the product handles strong pullers?

Our product are build with strength and durability in mind. However, we always recommend choosing the appropriate size for your dog.

Why do you choose to use PVC-coated webbing

We choose PVC-coated webbing because it combines waterproof performance with durability and everyday practicality.

It is easy to clean, quick to dry, holds it shape well, and is built around a strong woven core for reliable strength.

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently only ship locally.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery from J&T typically takes 1-3 days to receive upon courier collection.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I get a refund for my order if don’t like it?

We do not accept refund for change of mind purchases. If you have any questions about sizing or product suitability before ordering, we’re always happy to help.
